Warranty (60 months warranty on lamps and ballasts and 36 months on other parts and fixtures) is provided by factory (excluding custom made items, such as modified wattages lamps), they provides FREE replacement and maintenance service within warranty period. Customers bear to pay shipping or delivery charges. We shall coordinate with factory to have technical problem resolved, if it arises.
UL listed and Non-UL listed products, some non-UL products bear CE & FCC certification.

It is important to note ballast ratings for limits on operating temperatures.
· Situations in which our lamps and/or ballasts are replaced with those from other manufacturers.
· Products not manufactured by our manufacturer including sensors and/or additional controls, if any.
· Costs for shipping.
· Costs for installation.
Other terms and conditions:
1.You need to provide us date of purchase and reference number when asking for return and exchange of defective and damaged lighting products.
2. Joy & G will not be liable for any claims, return and exchange arisen against the damaged and defective goods; however, we shall help coordinate with manufacturer to have your Induction Light Equipment repaired and or replaced.
3. Freight and other expenses, if any, thus incurred are borne by claimant.
4. We and manufacturer reserve the right to examine all failed induction lighting systems and reserves the right to be the sole judge as to whether any housing, lamp and/or ballast is defective and covered under this warranty.
